Terms and Conditions
1. For PAYO Services, we will only send directly to person in transact with. For PAUTANG Services, we will be more selective.2. Mostly for Twitter. If you would like to avail our service for transactions out of the app, please ask us if we are comfortable your request.3. It is not our responsibility it you get scammed. If you have pending transactions with us, we require you to pay your payment due.
- Always check the legitimacy of who you are transacting with.4. All transactions are strictly Gcash to Gcash only. We will not accept transactions for other cash apps.5. Pay on or before the agreed DOP.- We are permitted to charging a late payment fee after your DOP.
- Be noted that: we can opt to posting a call out tweet if you are unresponsive and suspicious enough ; the late payment fee can be waivered ; exposure of details will be applied on circumstances.
- Late payment fee will be applied until you are now fully paid. Although, it can stop at when it is now seen as unreasonable.7. All parties involved must be notified that you will avail our service.- For onhand items tagged PAYO or on DOP, they will be onhold until you have paid your balance.
- We have the right to contact the person in transact with regarding you and on you availing our service.8. We have the right to refuse transactions when any of the following applies:- Private Accounts
- Accounts without proofs / feedbacks.
- Rude, dishonest, disrespectful, and impatient.
- Suspicious client and / or person to transact with.9. All information sent through this form will be kept confidential unless on certain grounds. Once transaction is completed, will disregard any given details. Any external information is not guaranteed to be kept safe.10. Be a responsible person.11. Form should be answered within the next hour the form has been sent, failure to do so and your slot is cancelled.12. Cancellation will not be entertained once you have submitted a form response. If you wish to do so, we require paying the half service fee applicable.13. We will be asking you regarding pending transactions with other lenders and reason for availing our service. Failure to reply honestly will result to request being cancelled.
- In addition, those who have multiple pending transactions will result to rejection of request.By transacting us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

| How to avail our service? |

| 1. We will be posting a tweet - including max amount and DOP - when we will be accommodating requests. The format is in the greeting message when you open our DMs. |
| 2. When your request has been accepted, we will send you the form to submit necessary information. Try to fill up the form within the next hour and notify us that you have done so after. |
| 4. We will send a confirmation message through DM once I have sent the amount borrowed. |
| 5. We will be reminding you of your DOP and contacting you when you are now late. |
